The Dayton Sister City Committee works to engage students though immersion programming.  Designed to be more than a tourist experience, Dayton students travel to Sister City destinations to live with host families, attend classes with other students, and engage with the local culture.  In turn, DSCC provides an American immersion – welcoming students from our Sister Cities to Dayton.  Our goal is to offer students the opportunity to genuinely experience another culture, its people, and its customs.  DSCC student immersions encourage relationships and lifelong connectivity between students.

The Dayton Sister City currently has three active exchange programs with Oiso, Japan, Augsburg, Germany, and Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina.
